Slept at Olivia last night. Had toast with honey on it for breakfast- as opposed to weetbix (8) with sustegen (1tbls) and milk (full cream). My diet will sure change in Japan. From wheat to rice, vegetarian to fish eating, beer to beer (some things never change). Liv and I bought a book called "A Guide to Buying Food in Japan." We got it in this great Japanese bookshop in South Yarra (Melb. Aust.).

When I paid with my EFTPOS card I gave it to the sales assistant with one hand, she received it with two. I got to remember to hand things to people with two hands. It is great. It makes things feel more important and respectful. I am going to love handing things to people with two hands in Japan. Less than 4 weeks to go.

I just found an art festival in Tokyo.
Deadline: March 14th
Exhibit: May 4th.
