No easter crap at the supermarkets, its sad and cool. I miss the chocolate cream eggs but am refreshed with the changed surround. I wonder how long it will take me to learn Japanese. Olivia and I are back at Takasaki with Kath and Hayashi. We have found a good apartment for Y100,000/mth. We have not put the deposit down yet 'cause it is no move till the 18th of April and we can only be at Takasaki til the 8th of April cause the Yoshida Family will have new guests.
Tokyo is becoming familiar only after three visits. We already know how to navigate Shinjuku, Harajuku and Akihabara. We probably have only seen 10% of Tokyo, but the bits we know, we know well.
I am becoming anxious to make art. I want to get an apartment, set up my computer and begin programming, designing and sketching ideas for a show in Tokyo. I also want to see some local contemporary art and find a space to exhibit in. All of this will have to wait until we are a bit more set up unfortunatley, ie: apartment, job, etc.
My car still has not sold but apparently there was a bite for $500. That is a bit low but I need all I can get at this stage so it may have to do. My parents are handeling the sale... they seem to be doing a better job of it than me. I am not much of a salesman.
