Upload some pictures somewhere,
categories
add term (in the Pics vocabulary)
then...
Images
Directory upload: fast
Choose relevent term
Directory Upload

Make sure the directory is readable to drupal
-put it inside the www/drupal directory and execute chown -R www-data "name_of_dir"
to be sure

Dont try and upload to much a one time, this is a P1 166 we are running on, the conversions cane the processor for a while
