- Meta-Story: working together to develop meta-stories, and brainstorming the logistics of these ideas.
- Mitnick as HOST/MEDIUM: thinking about the way in which the character possesses Mitnick:
* Is it a struggle?
* Is it a linear/narrative contact?
* Is it abstracted?
* Is it through voice?
* Is it through film?
* what might it make her do physically?

Some Exercises:
The Senses:
Some physical/sensory explorations:
Momentarily focus on each of your senses. Try heightening or muting that sense. What is it like to be engulfed in, or with out, one of your senses?
Disembodied Consciousness:
A physical meditation taken from my exploration into what I call 'Virtual Imagination Stimulations'.
- imagine yourself in a room with no walls, no floors, no ceiling, floating in a black abyss.
- occasionally a flash of light illuminates your body.
- suddenly, the bones which hold your body up, begin to disintegrate.
- you see the specs of calcium floating off into the ether.
- then, your organs begin to turn to jelly. They fill with a pink, jelly like substance.
- now, this jelly like substance seeps into your entire body.
- occasionally a flash of light illuminates your body.
- you take three steps...
Inside Senseless:
A writing exercise to be completed after one of the above physical exercises.
- What is it like to be 'Senseless': what did you imagine, think, do, hear, experience, attempt, either inside or in the outside world?

Mitnick as Host/Medium
Furthering the concept that Mitnick acts as a host/medium, here are a few ideas/thoughts/directions:
- Is the character telling the story from their point of view, or are they telling someone else's story?
In some of these psychic medium shows on cable you will have a spirit come through to tell another spirits story. The reason for this might be because the spirit whose story is coming through has in some way been silenced. Maybe they were murdered, or the trial is unresolved etc. It may also be that they have a connection with the spirit who is telling their story, be it on the inside or outside. The connection may be related to their way of death, or to ways in which their loved ones are coping, or not coping, with their death. I think this kind of interconnection of characters inside Senseless would be great!
Exercise:
Choose a character who is already inside Senseless and write a short story from the point of view of that characters:
- family member
- lover
- boss
- partner in crime
- etc.
Make sure this new character is also 'Censored' and think about the way that are channelling your chosen character. Why can't they tell their story?
These short snippets would certainly be something we could make use of in the next stage of development, as we are aiming to produce a more abstract, unstructured, sensory assault for the audience.
